Who we are

We are a founder-led digital transformation consultancy. We bring more than 15 years of experience leading IT programmes in enterprise service management, IT asset management and ServiceNow, including large-scale transformations.

Across those years, the same pattern kept appearing. Organisations bought capable platforms, ran expensive projects, and still ended up with service desks working around the tools, asset data nobody trusted, and licence bills nobody could explain. The technology was rarely the problem. The gaps were in process design, data discipline, programme governance and the hand-over to the people who run things day to day.

OG Phoenix exists to close those gaps. We pair deep service management and asset management experience with hands-on knowledge of workflow automation and Generative AI, so you get advice that connects established IT practice with what is newly possible.

Led by our founder

Every engagement is led personally by Shrinivas Ramaprasad, our founder and principal consultant. As OG Phoenix grows, the same rule will hold: the people who scope your work are the people who deliver it.

What we believe

A go-live date is not a result. We measure success by what changes for the people who use and run IT services: faster resolution, fewer manual steps, lower cost, cleaner data.
